The guidelines for the Embers Pledge Club (Undergraduate Chapter) of the Phoenix Sorority are:

1. She must be at least 12 years of age (age 13 by the time the line crosses) during the time she takes her oath
2. She has submitted a completed application for membership with essay
3. Has been through interviewing process
4. She has been approved for membership by an interviewing committee
5. Legal guardian has given written permission (or verbal) to the Dean of the pledge line.
6. She does (or willing to do) service to the organization and community, which shall determine her acceptance into the organization
7. She meets all requirements for membership as outlined

4. She has been approved for membership by an interviewing committee
5. She does (or willing to do) service to the organization and community, which shall determine her acceptance into the organization
6. She meets all requirements for membership as outlined

She is committed to and willing to give 100% of herself to the Embers Pledge Club
