Excuses
I do not know
nor do I realize
Why I am simply
trying to evade the matter at hand
There by causing
havoc and confusion in a once calm atmosphere. Therefore I cannot,
I must not,
And I will not
give any more feeble-minded Excuses!!!!

Attitudes
We must contemplate
the eminent consequences of our audacious behavior, which can cause ill
feelings among our people. Making it difficult to cohere, collaborate,
concur, coexist, become a collective and utmostly coalesce. Ultimately
making our commencement inconsistent with our titles.
Therefore, we
must emancipate our collective minds, allowing our positive thought to
flow, thereby eliminating all anxieties, abhorrence’s, and animosities
of the day. Permitting our sublime glow to remain luminous at all
times.

Time
This energetic
Ember finds herself at a loss for words due to the unavoidable inaccuracies
of modern day astronomers and physicist who endeavor to create ticking,
tocking, and computerized devices that correctly calculate, chart, and
record the sequential movements and the sidereal relationship of the celestial
bodies which have been sighted from this relatively minute orb known as
earth and I might add have come up with the same theories as our ancestors
from Ancient Kemet.
Therefore this
earnest Ember, asking for your indulgence through the use of effervescence
and alliteration estimates the time to be ____ tickety-ticks, ____ tickety-tocks,
____ seconds, _____minutes after the hour of _____.

The African
Pledge
We will remember
the humanity,
Glory and sufferings
of our ancestors
And honor the
struggle of our elders
We will strive
to bring new values
And new life
to our people
We will have
peace and harmony among us.
We will be loving,
sharing, and creative.
We will work,
study and listen, so we may learn
Learn so we
may teach
We will struggles
to resurrect and unify our homeland
We will raise
many children for our nation
We will have
discipline, patience, devotion, and courage
We will live
as medals provide new direction for our people
We will be free
and self-determined
We are African
people
We will win
